Edva has over 10 years of Human Resources experience and is looking for a position in the Human Resources and Benefits field. Edva is well versed in H.R. policies and administration, employee benefits, employee on-boarding, recruiting, FMLA tracking, payroll administration, preparing monthly reports, employment verifications and investigations. She has acted as liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve issues and clarify benefits, processed unemployment claims and represented the company at unemployment hearings and maintained employee files.
