Company in Valencia is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long term job opportunities.

Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, $14.00/hour-$16.00/hour DOE


  • Provide administrative support on various projects for various departments
  • Reviews jobs for invoicing
  • Printing and taking work orders to various departments
  • Covering front desk for receptionist duties


  • Minimum 2-3 year’s business and office experience
  • Proficient with MS Office software; Word, Excel and Outlook
