General Contractor Company in Valencia is looking for a full time administrative coordinator to assist with estimating and bid coordination. The right candidate will have excellent reading, comprehension and administrative skills. This position involves reading complex documentation, collect and organize documentation to support specifications needed and prepare bids.
This is a long term, temp to hire opportunity through Quantum Staffing. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm. $25.00/hour DOE.
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
· Must be detail oriented
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
· Administrative skills working for a general contractor a plus
· Prefer candidates with a college degree
