HOA Firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with the following experience:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming tenant/vendor calls; customer service oriented.
- Tenant correspondence
- Data entry
- Maintain lease files
- Superior organizational skills and accuracy
- Update and maintain various reports and databases
- Assists with tracking work orders
- Professional demeanor; pleasant and professional telephone manner
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have experience working in an office
- Proficient w/ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
This is a full time, temp to hire position, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, $14.00/hour.
