HOA Firm is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with the following experience:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming tenant/vendor calls; customer service oriented.
  • Tenant correspondence
  • Data entry
  • Maintain lease files
  • Superior organizational skills and accuracy
  • Update and maintain various reports and databases
  • Assists with tracking work orders
  • Professional demeanor; pleasant and professional telephone manner

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have experience working in an office
  • Proficient w/ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This is a full time, temp to hire position, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, $14.00/hour.
