Manufacturing Company in Sylmar, CA is looking for an experienced Office Administrator with some Accounting experience.  Must have experience using QuickBooks 2018 and manufacturing industry is a plus.

This is a long term temp to hire position, full time, 40 hours/week. 8:00am-4:30pm

$17.00-$18.00/hour

Job Description: 

  • Answer phones, take orders, resolve issues
  • Enter sales orders, creates purchase orders, invoices, etc.
  • Prep orders for shipment
  • Manage and assist A/P and A/R
  • Reconcile accounts, journal entries, general ledgers and other records
  • Verify accuracy of all purchase orders
  • Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks

Requirements: 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and QuickBooks 2018
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
