Manufacturing Company in Sylmar, CA is looking for an experienced Office Administrator with some Accounting experience. Must have experience using QuickBooks 2018 and manufacturing industry is a plus.
This is a long term temp to hire position, full time, 40 hours/week. 8:00am-4:30pm
- Answer phones, take orders, resolve issues
- Enter sales orders, creates purchase orders, invoices, etc.
- Prep orders for shipment
- Manage and assist A/P and A/R
- Reconcile accounts, journal entries, general ledgers and other records
- Verify accuracy of all purchase orders
- Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and QuickBooks 2018
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
