Manufacturing Company in Sylmar, CA is looking for an experience Office Administrator.  We are looking for someone who has experience working inside an office, preferably for a manufacturing company.

This is a long term temp to hire position, full time, 40 hours/week. 8am-4:30pm.

$14.00-$16.00/hour DOE

Job Description: 

  • Answer phones, take orders, resolve issues
  • Enter sales orders, creates purchase orders, invoices, etc.
  • Verify accuracy of all purchase orders
  • Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks

Requirements: 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic
