Manufacturing Company in Sylmar, CA is looking for an Office Manager/Accounting Specialist. This is a small manufacturing company with 10 employees.  Must have experience using QuickBooks 2018 and accounting in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

This is a long term temp to hire position, full time, 40 hours/week. 8am-4:00pm

$20.00-$23.00/hour DOE

Job Description: 

  • Manage A/P and A/R & Payroll
  • Reconcile accounts, journal entries, general ledgers, and other records
  • Work with the owner on different projects
  • Manage employees, handle personnel and customer issues

Requirements: 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and QuickBooks 2018
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic
