Well known Property Management firm in Valencia, CA is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk with the following experience:

Pay: $15.00/hour DOE

Hours: 8-5pm Monday through Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets visitors
  • Handle incoming tenant/vendor calls; customer service oriented and the ability to handle disgruntled customers in a professional manner
  • Data entry; must be fast and accurate
  • Superior organizational skills and detail orientated
  • Update and maintain several databases
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable experience preferably in the construction industry is a plus

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
