Distribution Company in Valencia is looking to hire a General Office Clerk to support the administration staff.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for stability and growth.

Pay rate: $14.25/hour DOE

8:30am-5pm; Mon-Fri

Temp-to-Hire

Duties:

  • Answering, transferring and directing phone calls
  • Making phone calls to customers, dealers, etc.
  • Assist with daily office maintenance/organization
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
  • Occasional assembly tasks
  • Document scanning
  • Data entry

Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word + Excel mostly)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Great communication/phone skills
  • Follows direction
  • Motivated team player
