- Answering, transferring and directing phone calls
- Making phone calls to customers, dealers, etc.
- Assist with daily office maintenance/organization
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Occasional assembly tasks
- Document scanning
- Data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word + Excel mostly)
- Ability to multitask
